Military service of a man in Korea is compulsory, not optional. But some of the politician, the rich and the power people, unfortunately did not do under the unreasonable and ununderstandable excuses. So did some of their sons. It is basic that those who want to be a leader or a senior government official have to set an example innitiativlely.
