유기열, 행복은 일상에서 맘대로 쓸 수 있는 것들에게 고마워하는 데서 온다(Happiness comes from thanks to the things which anyone uses free)

햇빛, 구름, 물, 바람, 공기... 이런 것들로 만들어진 아름다운 자연(The beautiful scenery harmonized with sunlight, cloud, water, wind and air...)

행복은 무엇일까?

What is happiness?

만인이 만족하는 행복의 정의는 아직도 나오지 않았다고 본다. 

There may not be definition of happiness with whicht all the humans are satisfied.

사람마다 생각하는 행복의 기준이나 의미가 다르기 때문이다.

Because the criterior and meaning of happiness are different depending on individuals.

그래도 어떻게 하면 행복할 수 있는가 묻는다면

But if anyone asks me what happiness is,

인간이면 누구나 원하는 만큼 맘대로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 것들에게

I would like to answer

고마워하는 데서 온다고 말하고 싶다.

that happiness comes from thanks to the things which anyone uses free as much as he wants.

공기, 햇빛... 이런 것들은 누구나 맘대로 자유롭게 원하는 만큼 사용할 수 있다.

Those things are air, sunlight...... Anyone shall use them free as much as he wants.

인종, 종교, 빈부 등에 관계 없이 누구나 공짜로 원하는 만큼 사용하고 있다.

All the humans regardless of  race, religion, wealth and poverty use them without discrimination, limit, and cost.

그런데도 이들 공기, 햇빛 등과 같은 것들에 고마워하는 사람은 많지 않다.

However, threre are not many who thank air, sunlight etc.

사실 햇빛이나 공기가 없으면 사람이 살 수 없는데 말이다.

In fact, no one lives without air and sunlight.

행복하고 싶거든

Do you want to be happy?

앞으로 원하는 만큼 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 공기나 햇빛 등에 고마워하라.

If then, you shall give thanks to air, sunlight and any others that you use free unlimitly.

그러면 그렇지 않는 것보다 삶이 더욱 좋아질 것이다.

If you do that, you will be happier than ever.
